M. Diann Cassidy is a Registered Principal and an Investment Advisor Representative, offering securities and advisory services through United Planners Financial Services of America. Diann holds a Series 24, Series 7, Series 66, Series 63, and Insurance Licenses. She also is licensed as an Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, and can prepare tax returns and help in tax planning.  Enrolled agents have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.   Diann earned a Ph.D. and a Master's Degree from the University of Oklahoma, and a B.A. from the University of Central Oklahoma, all  in Communication. She has been in the investment business since 2001.
